DINNER DETAILS

If an evening meal is desired in addition  to your reservation, we require information prior to your arrival for the evening meal we will be lovingly preparing. For our ease of planning, and for you to have the best meal you desire, we need advance notice for shopping and any possible prepping ahead of arrival. We make everything with fresh ingredients...including fish from the local market in Puntarenas.  Also, if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences,  we will accommodate those.  An email with this information will be helpful communication.

The evening meal is $15.00 or 7,500 colones per person . There are no additional taxes or gratuities.  Breakfast is no extra charge.

Since we are a 2 person operation with no additional cooking help, the meal choice will apply to all persons in your reservation.  Thank you in advance.

Beverages (available for all meal options):

• Tea
• Beer (dark is available)
• Wine (red or white)
• Cocktails (gin or vodka w/club soda or tonic water or rum w/ coke, Pepsi, ginger ale or other soda.  Please advise if diet cola is preferred.

Italian

Salad with homemade dressing, Eggplant Parmigiana Lasagna, w/ fresh green beans & homemade bread.
Dessert: Homemade Chocolate Pudding and Whipped Cream.

OR

Salad, Homemade wood-fired pizza
Dessert: Homemade Chocolate Brownies with whipped cream

Tex-Mex

Guacamole salad, cheese and onion enchiladas,w/ black beans & Spanish rice. (Sangria is available for beverage choice)
Dessert: Flan and Wafer Cookies

Fish

Grilled Snook (Robalo) fillet or Tuna Steak or Jumbo Skewered Shrimp, w/ baked potato with trimmings & gingered-garlic-honeyed carrots.
Dessert: Key Lime Pie

OR

Wok Stir fry of Shrimp, rice and vegetables, w/ Asian inspired Cole Slaw.
Dessert: Mango Cobbler
